This a gonna be funny...

I know alot of you have seen the Limelight manager lady or whatever it is she does. She's pretty but looks like she lifts HEAVY weights. Anyway, I see her being freindly and huggy kissy with many people...kinda like making them feel welcome.

I've been there a few times and I've tried to say hello or make a friendly "how ya doin" sorta thing. I know she recognizes me but still, nothin. Not a hello, thanks for spending money here or anything like that. I even tried to kindly ask her " hey what's it like being the manager of this shithole? ..and she brushed me off like she couldn't be bothered to answer. Ok, I didn't say shithole, but really, she was just relaxing standing next to me while I was sitting at the bar.

I'm not a big drunk there either staggering from woman to woman just so ya know. I'm a good peaceful customer.

What is with her? Is she mean? Is she nice? Is she a man dressed as a woman? What? Ok..that was just a joke..but really..

Never been there and never want to. I avoid sleazy meat markets at home and I've never been bored or lonely enough to seek them out here.

You have to take her a gift, then she'll treat you the way she treats the rest of us.

man dont waste your time with her!!
this is korea son!! they have NO IDEA about customer service or repeat business.. back in WELLY.. its a job of a manager to remember customers, know what they drink.. know their names.. remember there friends.. treat them special have them coming back!!
you really think for one second she gives a *beep* about you!!
DUDE! spend your money there, and dont worry about trying to get in the good books.. its all superfical here.. there is no crew here..
aint no hospo scene.. and there aint no cool people working the scene here! if you ask me.. foreign bartenders should be working itaewon.
all bars and clubs should only hire foreigners and pay them well..
it will draw business.. and only hire korean female waitresses..
Smile

but yeah.. forget that manager chick.. she wont be around long you will see.. BUT then again.. unless you want to BONE her.. then dress up look good, act like you are a business man and not a teacher.. then buy her a cocktail.. then she may talk to you..
remember LIME LITE has alot of rich businessmen, so why would she wont to talk to a waygook teacher??? unless A: she wants to shag you!
or B: she is doing her job?
JOB>?? I already spoke of that reason!!

Exactly, in Wellington at a bar on the strip the bar tender will know how you like your drinks poured and remember something about the conversation you had last time. They're cool, they're smooth, they make you feel welcome, they are professionals ...

Did you notice she is busy?
I saw her dancing on the stage the other night and couldnt help but think she didnt seem to be enjoying it.
Crap job running nightlcubs....all the smoke, late nights, dealing with idiots and plan nutters.
I dont recommend it at all.
But she is nice enough, chats when you get to know her. Once she has seen you a few times.
