For those who are greater than I in front of this ghastly machine... At wits end... How do I make a video avatar? I have a really cool little MPEG file and I wanna show it off...

The moving avatars you see are animated .gif files, usually, if not always.
I downloaded a free .gif animator from www.downloads.com a few years ago. |
