The issue I had with it was that it didn't advance the genre one iota. Yeah, it's well done (although the way they've set up their DB is pure retardation. 5 minutes to loot when the servers are crowded? How long has this game been in beta?), but it doesn't really do anything new.

I'll stick with the capes and spandex over at City of Heroes. More action oriented, developers who continually enhance the game (Blizzard moves like pondwater in this regard), and dishing out sweet, sweet justice to the evildoers of Paragon City. Villains beware, for Captain Pansy is here to fight for truth, justice, and the right to wear assless chaps and dance on a pride float!
