Does anyone know how to get a Korean credit card? I've heard it's possible, but I was flat-out refused at the CHB branch where I do my banking because ................................ get ready for it .................................. I'm a foreigner...
(Actually, the dude told me that it was because of the "bad economy of Korea in these days", but I'm sure he wouldn't have refused me if I was a Korean)
One of my work colleagues got one a few years ago, but maybe they've changed their policy or something...
Anyone know how to get a credit card?
Thanks! |

| Go to Korea Exchange Bank in Itaewon and deposit 1,500,000 won and you can get one. |

| I just got a new account at Kookmin, and asked about a credit card. They said 6 months from then, since they had no credit history for me at their bank. |
