ummmm . . .
I posted the addy; please send your requests to TOM
But you are right, Matt - wouldn't be breakfast without salsa, huh?
As for the cheddah, it is Schlotsky's, so I know they have it. Just ask for it to be shredded. In the same letter in which you request copious amounts of salsa . . .
Regards,
G. |

I can't make it 4/5, but would be VERY interested and a guaranteed showup at a later such event. Scouts honor. |

Our group should converge there on Sat around 11ish, if anyone wants to join us.
Then, on to Song-tan. Woo-hoo! Gotta keep that machine powered!
Regards,
G.
(for those unsure, we will drag along a camera & report back on the brunch later) |

The buffet was excellent! I had pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, cookies, and finished it off with a bowl of Trix. I ate so much I was able to skip dinner.
BTW, I thought that was you I saw there, G. Sorry I didn't say hi...

Oh my gawd, I'm in agony/envy. Is this going to happen again, or is it a regular buffet there? |

Yeah, come on, let's hear some more reviews! More details!
So, was it an open buffet or not?
Was it a civilised brunch, as in one sweep along the breakfast trough and that's it?
Or more a cattle-feed atmosphere where super-sized people constantly waddle back & forth for seconds / thirds / eighths, shoving their way in & out, dribbling food all over the floor, people tracking through and slipping in it, getting the damn serving spoons all mixed up, and so forth?
Whichever, it sounds like a great deal for the price and just great fun. |

| It was an open buffet, and for most of us it was a civilized brunch. Return trips were an option though. The food was pretty good, though I can only speak for the non meat options. They had coffee and tea as well as fruit juice, toast, ego waffles, cereal, bacon, sausages, some creamed meat thing ( ?) and hashbrowns. There were also cookies and doughnuts. Not bad for 8,000. |

Just got word that while it was profitable, it won't become a regular event just yet. The Schlotzky's employees are rebelling about extra labor, so no more brunch until that's resolved. |

| Hell, I'll get behind there and go to work in the kitchen for free. Just feed me. I used to do short-order sunday brunches, back in my restaurant days. I'm sure there are a few kicking around here that also know their way around a kitchen, too. |

| I was a full-time prep cook for two VERY long summers. How early would they want us there? |
