I bought a used Hanwha cell phone at the KTF in Itaewon near Gecko's. The phone number is an LG 010 number. It broke, so I took it back there and asked how I can get it fixed. They said go to a KTF but wouldnt' tell me why. The KTF was closed anyway.
Then I went to tourist information and they said Hanwha was out of business and it's impossible to get it fixed. So does anyone have any insight into this problem? I think they just want to get rid of me everywhere I go. |
They do want to get rid of you. You see, they already have your money, so anything they do now is vaguely akin to work with little or no pay, and they hate to do that. Are you going to let them do it? I hope not!
If it is a KTF phone, then try to get KTF to fix it. And keep trying. They;re all giving you the runaround at the moment. It may be that it is impossible to fix, but I do not think they;ve adequately explored the options for getting it fixed.
Good luck.
