I bought a 42" Samsung Plasma TV the other day. I tried to hook up the PS2 so I could make my 12 year old cry when I beat him like a Hebrew at NCAA 2004, but the problem is: It only displays black and white!!
I tried every plug combo I could think of. Any suggestions?
At the end, I did try to use the directions, but only after I tinkered with it for quite a bit...(they did not help at all) |

I would guess (note the word guess) that either your TV is set to NTSC and your PS2 is set to PAL, or the other way aroud.
I would guess (note again, the magic word) that you can change the setting on your TV to accept the other kind of signal. Or maybe do the same on your PS2 |

Yep. Black and white definitely means you're using something PAL with an NTSC screen.
Change the settings. (easier said than done eh?) |
