I'm still waiting for him to come out of the closet as being an 18th Level Warrior with a +5 sword, myself.

Which one of you weenie nerds is going to tell me if he were on the 18th Level then he'd have a much stronger power sword? Razz Very Happy

Yea, people who play roleplaying games are NERDS ... while people who post 24-7 are just too cool for school.

Yeah. OK.

So, PM, can you tell us whether a +5 sword is too low for an 18th level fighter?

Has anyone ever seen the ER episode where a patient's sense of humor is removed?

We did have a perfectly nice and civil thread going here discussing the TV show "LOST" until someone (Katydid) started insulting people.

Typical ...

spoilers!!!!!

ok so what I want to know here is..
was the flash back of boone and shannon real?
or was that made up too?

larke saying its time to let it go and the end..
did that mean its time for boone to stop being in love with his step sister?
and move on.. becuase he is carrying a serious weight on his soldier?

and the rest was pretty much just filling time.. brought out most of the characters to show there everyday life.. BORING!

ohh did boone and shaywer talk about seeing each other in the police station in sydeny at all?

well untill next week when we see what happens when boone follows larke into the woods!

you guys watching the new 24 I downloaded the foirst 4 episodes lastnight and couldnt stop watching them.. its a good one once again!
but I should of waited until it was like 12 episodes in.. becuase I hate having to wait!

SPOILERS

I just have to say that the scenes with Hurley were so damn funny this week.

PEE ON IT! PEE ON IT! Laughing

Ahhhh...he cracks me up! Very Happy

It is totally odd that Boone and Sawyer haven't mentioned being in the same police station together, but maybe they didn;t make eye contact with each other? Or they had more important things on their mind to remember a face?

Kate knows Sun can speak English now.

The whole Boone/Shannon thing is one big ick. Feel bad for Boone though, living a life filled with Cruel Intentions before getting on that plane. I think the vision he had with the monster was just a vision, of course, and telling he said he felt relived. Relieved he is no longer under her thumb, maybe? I wonder how this whole thing will play out. Will be not be able to be manipulated anymore by her?

What was up with the compass? And we still don't know what that metal thing holds! Evil or Very Mad I think Locke is trying to stay on the island for as long as he can.

Next week we get to learn about Michael and more importantly Damian...I mean Walt. Wink

I finally saw it last night. Interesting hearing Korean on primetime TV.

I don't see what the controversy is about the guy.. very typical Korean guy.. particularly interaction-wise with foreigners and others.

Funny having the Korean woman admitting to knowing some English, she just didn't want him to know. So typical of Korean thinking.

Why does it seem typical of Korean thinking? Its just that in the West, the woman wouldn't have an issue with speaking Spanish or French or whatever language she had studied. The guy would probably even be thankful for it - at least I know I would!

But just teaching a lot of adult classrooms in Korea. If you had older Korean men in the classroom, the younger female students in particular would express themselves much differently and their thoughts on things. If the older men are gone, they don't.

Just seems like the typical Confucious values of respect, respect, respect. Can't tell an older man, or even your boyfriend or whatever else, that you know more than they do. Just the impression the scene seemed to portray to me anyhow.
