| It's been one month since my university contract ended. I haven't received my severance pay yet, and I keep getting excuses. Is there a time limit that they have to follow? What can I do about this? Thanks for your help! |

contact the pension office to see if your claim has been processed.
Did you go to the pension office and file for your money before you left the country?
It did take me 6 weeks to get my money last time. |

| The OP is talking about severance, which is paid by the employer, not the pension office. Pension is different from severance. |

14 days until they must pay up. Good luck. |

yes. the labor office will wait 14days after the end of your contract before taking your claim.
it's time to visit them.
what's in your contract regarding severance, anyway? |
