I skip the part about ownership because the school has been open for over 5 years, but the owner changed in September and it was for the better.

I scored 75, a "good job" rating. I agree although there are a couple things that seem shady. Nothing major though.

My previous employer got a 146, but that was after adjusting my score by giving it full points for all the things that are non-applicable, irrelevent or with which I disagree. We own our own apartment, I'm covered by my wife's insurance. My salary is net, no mention of taxes etc. No mention of vacation or sick days, but I always got paid in full. I refuse to believe that EPIC is any better than my hagwon. It had been in business for less than 5 years but I don''t believe that is important. We had been living in Korea for several years so there was no need for a settling in allowance etc. It was a great school and I never would have left except the local economy was bad and they lost a lot of students and couldn't afford my salary. It was great for 3 years though. Strictly speaking, they would have scored a 44. My present employer would also get a 146.
One more thing, Does anyone else think it strange that one can supposedly have a dream job without any consideration given to salary, working hours and vacation length?

My school is way in the "dream job" category. I know it, and try not to complain too much about things like our internet access being really dicey (we think there is not enough band width) and stuff like that.

I just signed for my third year with the first and only job I have had in Korea. Nothing I have seen inclines me to change, except for the location. I would love to live in Seoul or Busan. Besides that, no real complaints.

100 for my school. This seems about right, as it's a pretty solid job, but I definitely have something to negotiate if I re-sign, and none of it is pay-related.
