My school rocks, as I have said before and all it took was some legwork from me to find it.

Decide which area you want to work in and find all the schools in that area. Send your resume, plus letter in English and in Korean offering your services and why it would be a good idea to hire you.

I sent 114 letters last year, costing a total of 47,000 in postage I think. I had about 10 responses, 2 of which I accepted. Those combined, a total of 17 hours a week, net me 2.2 million.

Put the work in and I believe you can find a result.

I give him names, but I'm having a hell of a time even getting an e-mail back to him because the stupid Korean e-mail system is now bouncing my non-hotmail and Yahoo e-mails.

I had a similar problem with email being bounced from one of the uni positions I applied for. The return message said it was stopped by SPAM SNIPER. So, I googled on that name, found the company that made the software, sent emails to every email address on their site telling them that their software was preventing me from applying for a job. They responded the same day, and fixed it somehow so that my email went through. They said it was the end users fault because they hadn't set up the software properly.

Didn't get the job. Crying or Very sad

If anyone out there's interested in a public school job, now may be the time.

Check out the job board, it just got flooded with adds for public schools.

The schools must be more than a little desperate considering the school term starts next Wednesday.

And there is no way you could start on time either.

I noticed that at least one of the schools offered more than the "2 weeks" of vacation they assured everyone could not be changed.
