I can't believe after all these years of separation between North and South Korea that they have decided to add electronic monitoring systems and cctv cameras along the DMZ. A little late don't you think? |

I am familiar with the 3 holes cut in the DMZ fence. What I was insinuating was that they could have avoided the entire situation in question by implementing these security features in the first place. It all comes back to proper planning procedures that are never put in place until it's too late. This problem-react strategy continually makes this country appear unprepared for anything. Will things ever change? |
