I love fruit and cereal for breakfast. I like that they have five grain flakes and brown rice flakes at HomePlus now. I don't like sugary cereals.

If I wake up late I can eat a Korean style breakfast, but early in the morning I need fresh, light, and simple.

I'll probabaly never convert to korean-style breakfast, simply because rice, gimchi etc don't mix well with coffee...and a cup of strong (milk, no sugar) coffee is something I really enjoy in the morning...so I need toast, eggs, all that.

Korean breakfast: Rice, kimchi and soup. Korean lunch: Kimchi, soup and rice. Korean dinner: Soup, rice and kimchi. The main cuisine is execrable here: instead, go to the bar and order up the 'side dishes'. I recommend the smoked chicken.

That's the art you haven't mastered yet, mumble... Korean people have all that for breakfast THEN a cup of coffee..you are not supposed to have it with coffee... Razz
