Hi,
Im buying laptop, its a Hypersonic gx7 (http://www.hypersonic-pc.com/GX7/index.asp). It has a build in TV tuner but im wondering if these are universal, if it plays NTSC and PAL. Some of the other laptops i've checked out say they are universal....
Anyone had any experience with this type of thing, or even this computer.....?
