I've got a small black cat that looks remarkable like my avatar hanging off my piece of shit cell phone.

My old girlfriend had this huge fluffy thing that was five times bigger than her cellphone. That should have set off warning bells for me.

Nothing. I gave up on that a while ago. If a girl gives you something to hang off your cell phone and it isn't there next time, she's pissed. If it is there everyone else asks where you got it. If you say her, they tease her mercilessly and destroy any chance you ever had at a relationship. If you lie to them, she gets REALLY pissed. Until I have a steady girlfriend who's both brave enough to acknowledge me to her fam and friends, and cutesy enough to give me a yellow fish or some crap to dangle from my phone, I'm just telling girls that in the states only women would do such a thing, and I'm not a woman.

That's worked somewhat better.

While I don't draw such strict gender lines, there is nothing hanging from my phone. I carry enough weight.

Is it really that tangled? I think the only thing I ever had hanging from a cell phone was a tiny soju bottle and opener.

I have a little 24 karat gold turtle that my mother in law gave me. The turtle is supposed to represent good health. She got it for me because I've had so many surgeries to repair broke stuff. Army wear and tear I guess.

She's really sweet.
