5 years ago I spoke it better.
Isn't that weird. I was less inhibited and had some boken chats. Now I rarely utter more than the most basic stuff. I think I just feel like, well, they see me as foreign and don't expect it, or I got tired of misunderstandings or something like that. But it is good to speak a bit with those you see regularly, like workers in shops/restaurants or whoever. Then you feel more comfortable in those places with those people. |

I think you should work on your English too. |

Yes, please forgive my poor English. I grew up in deprivation. My parents were illiterate and could not even make proper typos on an internet forum. Thus, I have inherited the tendency to be weak in points of grammar and spelling on occasion. I will, however, with the grace of kindness from less discriminatory reactions, endeavor to improve my poor command of the language which you no doubt express wonderfully, especially on all internet forums, where accuracy of expression, perfect spelling and grammar, and clarity are a necessity. |

jajdude, it seems that you are pretty down on the korean experience these days. burned out? still taking your meds? Maybe you should look into taking a holiday outside of asia. how about working in europe? or, do you have a plan to eventually return home and work? |

Thanks for the concern. I'm surviving. I'm not sure how much longer I'll be around. It's more a money thing than anything else right now. |
