Reductil isn't too shabby. You take one before breakfast and it just takes away your appetite to the point that you need to consciously eat something. I've been taking it for a few days now and have eaten very little. I'm loosing some fat and the pounds are coming off slowly. Need to do more sport than I already am. Once a week isn't cutting it. BTW, you need a prescription for it. I don't want to say it's expensive, but they should give you complimentary tissue for when you pay through the ^U$%& nose!! 105,000 won for 28 capsuls. There are a few side effects that you should be made awrss cof liker sikgn

Diet Tea- Beleive it or not, its called diet tea- small red box says "Super diet tea) on it. I'm able to fing it in my local gray markt (if you're near honjedong, I'll show ya). Good stuff, if you know what to expect. This stuff is brutal. Basically its intestinal draino, Down a class at bed and expect Crack-atoa (hehe) at about 7am. Works pretty well. just make sure to drink lots of water with it, as the effects could possibly be dehydrating. And as we all know, dehydration lowers metabolism, makes you feel "down in the dumps", and perhaps most important- creates the sensation that most associate with hunger.
