I was sent this from L.A!!!!!!!!!

To: All Mexican Staff
From: Mr. Burton Helms
Subject: Improper Language Usage

It's been brought to our attention by several officials visiting our establishments, that offensive language is commonly used by our local staff. Such behavior, in addition to violating NAFTA'S policy, is highly unprofessional and offensive. Both visitors and staff, will immediately adhere to the following rules.
Words like "coño", "carajo", "chingada", and other such expressions, will not be used for emphasis, no matter how heated the discussion is.

You will not say "pendejo" or "la cagó", when someone makes a mistake, or "la está pendejeando" or "cagando" if you see somebody being reprimanded, or "que pendejada" or "que cagada" when a major mistake has been made. All forms deviated of the verbs "pendejear" and "cagar" are inappropriate in our environment.

No project manager, section head or administrator, under any circumstances will be referred to as "hijo de su chingada madre", "hijo de puta", "cabrón" or "ojete".

Lack of determination will not be referred to as "falta de huevos", "pinche puto" or "maricón"; nor will persons who lack initiative be referred to as "culero" or "pendejo".

Unusual or creative prime's and sobco's ideas are not be referred to as "chaquetas mentales".

Do not say "como chinga" or "como jode" if a person is persistent, or "está jodido" if a colleague is going through a difficult situation. Furthermore, you must not say "que chinga" when a matters become complicated.

When asking someone to leave you alone, you must not say "vete a la chingada" or "vete al carajo" nor should you ever substitute "May I help you?" with "Que chingados quieres?". When things get tough, an acceptable expression such as "We are going through a difficult time" should be used, rather than "esto está de la chingada". Additionally if you make a mistake, just say so, do not say "la cagué".

No salary increase shall be referred to as "pinches codos de mierda" or "esto está de la puta madre".

Under no circumstances should you call our elderly financial partners "pinches viejos putos".

When in a hurry, never use expressions such as "ándale cabrón", "chingale pendejo" or "órale puto".

The words "te la pelaste" should not be used to discourage someone.

When a problem is not your responsibility, you must not say "no es mi pedo".
Last but not least, after reading this memo please do not say "me voy a limpiar el culo con el" or "que se las metan por donde les quepa". Just keep it clean and dispose of it properly.

Sincerely,

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mr. Burton

They are cool people. I mean they are really cool! Their music, attitudes, the muchachas, the way the women dress up and know they are hot, but still will smile at you! The guys who are macho, but after you get to know them will invite you out to drink and mira mama sitas! What a wonderful country, sure it has the flaws we all hear about, but outside of Thailand, it has got to be one of the most intersesting places in the world. Corona beer, tacos (real tacos) the tecate girls ay yi yiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!
