I bought a computer at Yongsan and they put an English version of XP on it.

I had to do a reinstall today, but I only had XP Pro at hand - and now I've got Home and Pro on my computer. The computer asks me at startup which one I want to run. I'd like to just remove the Home version and keep running XP. Any suggestions?

Boot into one and delete the other. Really, you should be able to simply delete all folders on the other installation, as the loaded OS won't see any of it as system files, and they shouldn't be in use.

Alternately, format the partition it's on....if it won't let you for some reason, stick the disk, boot from it (change the boot settings in the BIOS [DEL on boot]) in and do it from there. Just remember to get the drive letters straight so you don't wipe out the install you want to keep.

You should also be able to format the area within Windows though. You may want to also boot into Safe Mode and then do it. That is, safe mode within the install you want to keep. Right click on the partition or drive the old install is on and select "format". Remember this will wipe everything out....if there is anything on the area you want to keep, drag it into the new installs area or back it up through some other means.

Demo, have you considered that he probly has both Windows installs on the same partition? Windows will do that if you install a different version to the same drive.
If that's the case OP, just open boot.ini and comment out the old one you don't want anymore. It's probably installed in C:\WINNT and the new install is in C:\WINNT_2 or something like that.
Once you've fixed the boot.ini file so Windows doesn't notice the other WINNT folder you can safely blow it away.
