|
|
I've been putting together the essential copies of various items for applying to work at universities here, and something struck me while copying. Do things like your degree and transcripts, ARC, passport have to be notarized copies? Everything's legitimate, but when I was making the copies it looks like this stuff could easily be forged on your standard copy machine. I have no problem showing someone the original materials at an interview, but only have one hard copy available of everything.
If they do need to be notarized, where can I go to get this done, and what should I bring to the notarizing party? Original materials? Fees?
Thanks. |

Hey Zy,
You have to have the original materials to get them notarized. And, of course, the notarized copies look much better to your employer than just plain old copies, especially these days. As for gettting them notarized, I think the only way is to send them to the Korean consulate in your country. |

Are you talking about scanned copies to send via attachments?
If so, no need to get them notarized. Just state that you'll bring the originals to the interview.
transcripts, get a few copies when you order them. you NEED those transcripts sealed. |

Well, yes and also mailed-in application packages. I really hope I don't have to order transcripts...it'll take forever. Crap. |
