I've come to think that a few of my students might be dyslexic. mart kids that can't seem to get the difference between b and d straight and kind of fall apart when they have to put pen to paper.
I've been reading up on how to work around this with students, but haven't found much that's suitable for an ESL setting, never mind with a classroom of 40 other kids.
suggestions? |

I'd be happy to hear some, too! I have a uni student who is clearly dyslexic (wrote the "D" of his first name backwards!). He has a good memory, so it's not affecting his verbal skills, but his reading/writing skills are LESS than abysmal! Any suggestions would really be helpful! |
