I came to my present job from a previous position without going home.So my boss didnt have to pay for me to come in to the country.......but now Im thinking...Maybe he has a legal responsibility to pay for my airfare home..Hmm
Whats the score guys? |

A question you should have asked before signing on! A big loud, reounding, Homer-ish "Doh"!
I'm 99% sure that it's not their legal obligation to provide you with an airfare. Did you negotiate for a higher monthly salary in lieu of an airfare?

Does you cintract say that you are owed return airfare? Mine does and that means my boss has to pay it. |
