Here's a question that has been bothering me for a while. I'm currently working on a part time contract, but want to quit a month early - to do a summer camp and then go home.
What I want to know is, if i can leave this job and fly to japan, and then fly back again into korea and start working at the summer camp. Or does my visa prevent me from doing this?
Thanks, |

Your visa would be cancelled if you exit the country.
To work at this camp you would need permission from your current employer or to obtain a new visa (not likely for just a summer camp).
To get clear you need a letter of release.
Your other option is to get out and come back to teach this camp without a visa, i.e. illegally. You do this at your risk and peril.
Maybe you could simply discuss it with your current boss. |

Thanks for the info
so there's no way that I can leave Korea, come back and get a new visa?? (Without a release letter)
