Yes your payday should be specified in the contract.

Now you said they are asking you to sign a new Korean contract when you arrive...correct?

Will you have gone to the Korean Embassy before coming here to do your visa work?

If you have already done the visa run then for gods sake dont sign anything when you arrive. The contract they send to immigration is the valid one...having you sign something else sounds shady to the N'th degree.

Feel free to email you contract if you want.

just make sure there is a clause in the English contract which states that in the event of a dispute, the English contract takes precedence
