Girls get offended when they are hit on by unattractive guys.
Depends on how the "hit" is made. If the guy makes a pass that is sexy, humorous and with class, then it will be appreciated. If it's done boorishly, hornily and makes a girl feel like a *beep*,then it's disgusting!
I once worked in a vocal studio as an accompanist. A voice student "in need of a woman" leant on me from the back, rubbed against me and chuckled suggestively. I almost threw up all over the keyboard! And yes,he was unattractive, but my reaction was caused by his behaviour!
A similar pass from a good-looking guy would have been just as revolting; it would have had the same effect of making me feel like he didn't respect me!
But seriously, people give signals before a move is made. You can often tell how an advance will be taken by body language, eye contact, smiling, hair fiddling, flexing..[/quote]
True. Also, the manner in which signals are made also determines how and advance will be taken. I was so turned--off by the boorish guy's "hit",that I instantly and permanently dismissed him as a boyfriend!
So,guys,show some class----it will be appreciated! |

.... is a guy who likes a girl, but always appears disshevelled, smelly, drunk, etc. Ironically,it's usually the type who has no inhibitions about asking a girl out! When he's turned down,he's always surprised:"But the girl is not so hot--looking herself, she's overweight, doesn't dress nice!"
Maybe the girl is just going through a stage where she just doesn't feel like taking care of herself or impressing ANYONE,least of all a drunk, smelly boor!
So,guys, don't assume that if a girl doesn't APPEAR to be hot, that she isn't,or that she will take you no matter how you act or look even at a time when she's low! |

No no no. She is clearly very British. Sperling clearly is not. |

Talk about way off the mark.
I always thought you were a bit nuts. Now I know you're pretty dense too. |
