Yummy. I'm jealous that you have an oven, I really really want an oven.

Where did you get the joint, they dont seem to sell many joints of any animal over here. Being the victims of throw everything in a pot and all. I'd like an oven a good bit of cow and maybe some venison.

Has anyone even seen venison in Korea.

What's the deal with expats bragging about what they cooked for dinner? That's like sooooo retarded.

PS - I watched 'The Lord of the Rings' tonight on my new plasma, wall-mounted TV. Gimme some 'spect. And some of those blueberry muffins if there're any left.

Go to any cow butcher shop...point to a chunk of beef that hasn't been cut into little slices yet, and say "Don't cut"

They'll look at you like you have two heads on your shoulders, they may even laugh a little, but they'll wrap it and you can take it home. The last one I bought was about 2 Kilos...and about 24,000 won...but man was it good. and yes, I made gravy and mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Next time I will attempt the yorkshire pudding mix that I got sent from home.
