Here at my company i get about 4MB/second dowloading from Blueyoyo. On average it takes 5 minutes or less to download a full movie.
At home, I'm getting about 30KB/second which means that the same movie takes about 6 hours to download. Just down the street from me, my buddy is getting a minimum of 200kb/second with more or less the same computer and internet provider. What gives?
(I'm well aware of the fact that I know sweet f all about computers btw) |

Are you on Cable or DSL? Either way, I still figure everyone is using DSL for broadband in Korea, so the explanation that being on cable means that more users are sharing the bandwidth in your building wouldn't be the reason for your crappy transfer rates. Maybe you should give your provider a call? |

They may have a T1 connection. Expensive, usually used for businesses, but very fast. |
