Ah, the HA. It often seems that we're posting on something shortly before it gets deleted. Why is that?

What is flexible about that photo? Flexible is leaning over backwards until your chest is flat on the floor-- but so are your feet and you are making a circle with your body. That is flexible. this is some girl with her leg up. Whatever, if her body was flat against the leg, and not turned off leaning to the side, it'd be at least somewhat difficult. This is a photo of a woman with only healthy (not remarkable) flexibility.

Can you do that? If not, then by your own definition, aren't you "unhealthy"? If so, put on your pink shoes and prove it!

I can do that and --so-- much more. Do you think I'd say what I said if I didn't KNOW what she is doing is easy?

Cedar is correct. I trained as a classical dancer and the girl in the photo doesn't look particularly flexible to me either.

Proof is in the pudding babe. Anyone can talk a good game...

Even D. Sperl himself rose to the challenge when I called him out and accused him of not being flexible...

Let's see it. I'll even let you put a black circle over your face because i'm such a nice guy.
