Found this entry about an encounter at a coffee shop.

Mod edit- Link removed, as it reveals the individual's identity and personal details.

Ordinary coffee shop? I think it was probably more like a dabang... but even still, that's a whole lotta crazy for someone who isn't on crystal meth...

Dear Playboy,

This doesn't usually happen to me...

btw - I wonder WHAT the girl was on....or was/is just psycho.

Despite being Korean, can we nominate her to the "Freakiest Waygook Contest?"

Or just start a new one. A "Freakiest waygook contest" deserves a "Freakiest Korean contest.'

Wait a minute...

...apparently that's already covered by half the topics in the General Discussion Forum. Never mind.

Am I making an accurate assumption when I say, "A dabang is a brothell?"

Not quite. A ta-bahng is a coffee shop where other favors are available on demand. Next time you are out walking, watch for the girls in short skirts riding scooters. They are delivering coffee to homes, offices etc. where they pour, converse and otherwise entertain their male customers.

Of course I tried to restrain her again, but not having experience with wild naked women I didn't really know what to do.

Pity.

I have never seen this. Is this something that only happens outside of the greater Seoul area?

Basically. However, I see them occasionally in Eastern Seoul in Hwayang-dong. They are around, but are far more visible outside the capital.

The follow ups on the guys posting by the original poster seem to put some more perspective on it. Too bad he couldn't have gotten some photos.

One reply said she flipped out maybe because the dood kissed her passionately
