I remember asking you for specific names of "major" muslim leaders and specific instances of violent speech from them.

Once again

'In his weekly sermon (April 2002) the Sheikh of Al-Azhar, Muhammad Sayyid Al-Tantawi, the most senior authority in the Sunni Muslim world, described the Jews as "the enemies of Allah, sons of pigs and apes."(1)'

Can you produce anything similar from senior Christian leaders?

I don't agree with you on much, but what's up with that guy? I can't find any info on him.
(Objective information, that is)

And what do you think of him compared to Sistani?

Isn't it just slightly ironic, bigverne, that you're citing a Muslim in Pakistan criticizing Islam to support your rabid view that Muslims are hell-bent on overthrowing the western world?

And, if you are to entertain Mith's question, can you reconcile the irony of your quoting twice a Pakistani Muslim criticizing "a senior Muslim cleric" with your reactionary statements about how Islam deals with absolutes, leaving no room for interpretation of the Koran?
