For tuning your guitar, go to Limewire and download 01 -Tuning Acoustic Guitar [Best Private Lessons] - Tuning Notes.mp3. It's for tuning a guitar. All you need is a soundcard and speakers.
Or go to Dreadscott guitar tuner and tune from the Internet. It's so cool!

if anyone out there has an instrument besides a guitar (banjo mandolin etc..) i found about the coolest thing i've ever got my hands on.
http://www.tabledit.com/
You can download special tabs. BUT, more than that, it will midi play the music for you. AND you can control the speed.
I'm new to learning the banjo and this site is amazing AMAZING for it. I've been playing guitar for a while and travis picking is a small step to banjo stuff.
This site is great! seriously if you got something different, check it out. |

olga.net is oldschool. Go to chordie.com. Not only does it let you make your own songbook with chord and fret charts, it also allows you to instantly transpose the key of the song. |
