On my way to the PC Bang this evening I almost slipped and fell whilst walking up the steps. I looked down and expected to see a pool of water but what I actually encountered was not so much a pool of water as a veritable pool pf phlegm.
It's bad enough that Koreans have to spit in public but couldn't they at least spit outside and not inside buildings or elevators???

I have first-hand experience of Chinese people's affection for spitting in public but didn't quite expect to witness the same thing over here.

Oh well, first we had poop in the stairwell, now we have spittle...
