I don't have the link, but there was a feature story in the Joonang Ilbo's English edition a couple of months back about some Spanish nutbar who has taken it upon himself to be Kim Jong-il's mouthpiece to foreigners. Supposedly, he's a dual citizen of the D.P.R.K. as well. |
