So I want to buy a little laptop to use for PowerPoint, dvd/divx/avi, mp3 and such for the classroom.

Unfortunately, I've been spending money insanely for the last couple of months so I can't spend anymore.

Well, I never saw any final bids but I did see the 'buy right now' price at $620 and thought it was a mighty fine deal....

BTW what's the noun missing from your sentence?
You have to tell me, the suspence is killing me.

That was the "buy now" price -- no bidding.
