What does this Chinese name mean?

Like Korean.. when you spell like that, they could be anything... but for names, i think there are 2 possibilities:

xiao ==> �, which means elegant

lan ===> յ, which is orchid

Alternatively, xiao could mean small ===> �

Both are possible.

Xiaolan is the new AVP of our IT dept. Sounds pretty cool on the phone.
