...with my life?

Goat farming might be fun. Think I could turn a profit? Anybody know how to make cheese?

Why would you want to make a profit from such a cruel industry? You'd have to breed the goats and sell the baby boys for slaughter ... and eventually slaughter the mothers too when they stopped producing enough milk to make them worth the money you'll need to feed and house them. If the animals got sick, paying for treatment would cut into your profits and you would have to kill some to stay in business. I think you should think this through very carefully if you care about animals and don't want to harm them.

Goat, yum yum. Jamaican goat curry is delicious. Goat farming is a good idea, I'd buy goat meat it's delicious, if cooked properly.

keithinkorea,

There are goat restaurants in Korea. Out in the country you can see herds of little black goats. Very tasty. The parents of one of my friends has one in Pusan.

I was just kidding. A goat started eating my clothes (while I was wearing them) when I was 5. Now I have a terrible phobia about goats. And boys named Billy. And guys with beards.

No, really. What should I do with my life? Maybe I should start another random, aimless thread......... God, I'm bored today.

You should teach English in South Korea.
To goats.
They will be much more receptive and pleasant to work with.

The neighbors have goats.
Now the wife says we have to get some too...They are kind of cute.

regarding the previous comment(s) about the brutality of livestock raising...amen...almost makes me ashamed to be a carnivore...
....

Sorry, not much sympathy for boredom, apathy, or whatever. Anyway it's supposed to be good for creativity...

That's funny, a goat named Billy charged me about 10 years ago when I went to pet him. It was really my own fault for not knowing better.
