Personally, what I like most is the free advice, therapy and counselling I get. And how I can brag about my experiences. And it has helped keep me a step ahead of the psychiatric ward at times. |

Posting here as afforded me the opportunity to ridicule the deeply held religious beliefs of others...quite a thrill, that...
A veteran of many wonderful years of marriage to a Korean lady, of the rural ajuma persuasion, I also enjoy hearing distressed confessions of difficulties in mixed-culture relationships...misery loves company... |

I have definitely learned a crap load about Korean culture for starters and also I'm smarter when it comes to looking for jobs.
I have learned what schools to avoid and what to expect from schools and that a contract really doesn't mean anything to wonjangs. This site has helped a lot for sure in getting my last job.
About the bragging, I never do that!!
So in conclusion hopefully nobody can use me again!! (nervous laugh ) |

I've learned that most foreigners in Korea are kind, open-minded, decent people. And let's not forget hard-working.Without this board I'd still be in the dark. |

LOL sure why not? Well maybe I'm not proud of a lot of things, but who else out there is telling crap like it is as much as me? I'm proud that I rarely embellish or b.s on the board. |

Word up: BB sounds serious, but rarely is. It just isn't so easy to detect. That's why people take him seriously. |
