it would depend on what version of Windows you're using. If you're using a Korean version than it will go to the Korean sight.. or the Korean or English MSN (not sure on that one) but i use the English msn on my computer and with English windows and it goes to english hotmail sight.

"If you're using a Korean version than it will go to the Korean sight."

I'd appreciate a site of that sight. Wink

For MSN messenger, install an English version to run it in English. Fot the MSN site, go to www.MSN.com.

MSN is probably not the problem. If your operating system (ex. Windows XP) is installed as a Korean region then it will Internet Explorer will tell websites that it prefers KR-EU which means big search websites like Yahoo.com and MSN.com will detect that and use the most opporiate language for that region.

Superhero is right. Also, it can depend upon where (which country) you registered your Hotmail passport location....that and having your "location" in Windows set for an English-speaking country.
