My first teaching job was a private school in China, large classes 50+ teaching every level, primary to high school.
For me it was a very effective learning experience, by the end of the year I had classroom management coming out of my ears, working in a hogwan is a breeze, aside from a few minor school politics stuff.
So if you want to scratch up on your classroom management take a public school contract.
