Let's leave magicwolfman and yesterday's child to talk to himself. |

You'll need to make a complete sentence before you'll get an answer.
BTW Desultude has you pegged- you're not new to this forum. |
Sorry, I was tired yesterday. I will try to clarify. I was just trying to point out that Dogbert and others are doing exactly what they are accusing him (yesterday's child) of doing.
I am not sure why Desultude has me "pegged" as I am a long time listener, but short time poster. Saying that I have never seen the poster being attacked do anything mean. I guess, I will now be accused of mean deeds and attacked at every chance as well. I hope this is not the norm on this board but a minority. |

As I said before- you are apparently lacking a lot of pertinent information. As long as you keep stepping into the middle of issues you know nothing about, people are going to criticize and ridicule you for it. If you've been a 'longtime reader' then you know that you need thick skin around here. And so, another contradictory statement from you which reinforces Desultude's conclusion. For a newbie you certainly made a beeline for one of the longer running controversies around here.... |

I call it the way I see it. I've got no problem with admitting I'm wrong, but I'm not convinced that I am in this case. |

Hmmm, this post is way off topic and probably should be deleted by the mods. Sorry if that I contributed to its demise. |

Had planned on seeing the movie last weekend but went to Montreal instead (pretty good compromise, except for the 3 hour traffic jam on Ile St. Helene).
Going to see it this weekend.
Steve Carrell single-handedly turned me around on the American version of The Office, so I have pretty high expectations. |

Honestly, that has to be the funniest movie I've seen in a theatre since Austin Powers2.
My stomach hurt from laughing so much.
There easily are a dozen lines in there that EVERYONE will know eventually, the way everyone knows "I'll have what she's having." and "Here's Johnny!" and "Show me the money!!!" and "You can't handle the truth!" and "You had me at hello."
YC I strongly suggest you start a "Favorite 40 year old Virgin line" thread immediately- it's going to happen anyway so it might as well be you.
But I call dibs on-
"Montell, how come we're not invited to your party? What are we, Al Qaeda or something?" |
