Does anyone know if they are open Chusok weekend?
Some of us are thinking of migrating in from the countryside to SHOP!

Costco have a website with maps but you can see Costcos marked on www.congnamul.com maps.
The nearest subway to the one in Youndeungpo is the Gu office. Then a short taxi.
If you are driving from downtown Seoul take Olympic or Gangbyeon expressway to Sogang Bridge. Follow the signposts to Incheon. Then consult a detailed map once you're in Youngdeung-po. Good luck! L |

Just found out: if you call Yangpyung Store - at 2-2679-1234 - they have an English option and will give you hours of operation and holiday hours.
They will close early Chusok Sat. at 7pm - closed Sun - reopen regular hours (10-10) on Monday. |

There are 3:
1-Yangpyung Costco... get off at Yeongdungpo-gu Office Station--exit 2 or 3. Turn left at the Office building and walk for 5 minutes or so.
2-Sangbong Station--can't remember which exit, but it's the exit you'd take to go to the big movie theater (it's listed on the local area map at the station). Walk strait for about 5 minutes.
3-Yangjae Station--This is the best one (IMO), but the hardest to get to as it isn't walking distance from the subway. You'd have to get off the subway & taxi it. |
