Has anyone administered a LAP test before? Ive already completed the first LAP test for the mangers at my company, but now I have to do it again. I think it is going to be a quarterly ordeal here. I have about 1 line of space to insert comments in. I was just curious what comments are appropriate.

Thanks.

Well, unfortunately, I have to give it to a bunch of middle-aged managers.

Has anyone administer an LAP Test?

Yup, as far as I know. Has anyone even heard of this before?

I could be completely wrong, but maybe you mean the LATT? It's usually taken by civil service applicants...maybe only for certain levels or positions?

This site may be of help to you:

If I'm wrong, sorry for the f*ck-up.

Sorry, I apologize for this in advance. I just couldn't resist.

Is it by any chance one of these tests?

Good luck trying to administer a LAP test. Trust me, I've tried that line with a dancer once and it didn't work. You'll need to pay up 10$ like everyone else.

Googled it and came up with nothing. Are you sure you have the name right? Who publishes the test? Could you get information from that company?
