Well, hopefully the ill one can wait until at least Tuesday when I'll be in Canada. Wouldn't I look like one dumb dead *beep* if he makes his move this weekend. |

You guys are worrying needlessly. Daechidong Waygookin would protect you. |
I'd stay.
On a side note, I understand DW quit last time this topic was raised. |

well, just to clarify, i dont live in seoul, in live in a tiny town with just about nothing to make it a target, i dont think they would waste the artillery on my town...
and i know war is bad, i watched a lot of movies....
but that is why i would be tempted to stay, to see how it really is. |

Thanks for giving me a reason to be grateful to live in Daegu.

Are you american? How do you leave the country if not?The fight for seats on any boat/ airplane leaving here would be intense? The 2 main airports destroyed in 24 hrs, the main non civilian departure area of Osan facing overwhelming numbers.
I would get credentials sent over prior to the attack by US against NK and claim to be a journalist. Maybe it would work, but I can't swim to Japan and I am not going to be a prisoner. |

Yeah I am from the United States. Will I hold my breath till they rescue me? It took the feds five days to find New Orleans. |

I would get out of here.
There are too many crazy 30-something male SK's with no hope for a promising future who would see the chaos as an opportunity to off a westerner because they think the USA is responsible from keeping them from being a world power, thus denying them a chance at being rich and finding that perfect-for-mommy/daddy Korean female to bed in between room salon trists.
I would be leaving until things cooled down.
Sorry for the run-on sentence. |

BigBlackEquus,
Am I mistaken or am I responsible for that signature you have?

You lost me there, EFL.
Are you trying to tell me you are Bulsajo's:
Somehow I don't see that one. |

I just seemed to remember a quote like that in one of the recent threads, and that it was in reponse to one of my famous posts. Probably one of the Katrina/Bush-related threads... probably all in my head! |

You know, it's well beyond my willpower to resist saying this:
That's a pretty gay-looking sock.
But that's not what brings me here...
Good news- "If North Korea Attacked" is looking less likely as of about 30 minutes ago:

I can get pretty kinky with socks, Bulsajo, are you offering?
I've had the biggest hard-on for Mithrades for the longest time, but it seems that he isn't at all interested in sex. |

Well, if I wasn't so happy being hetero, wasn't already in a relationship, wasn't 10,000KM away, and DID in fact have a sock fetish, I might have very well considered your offer. |
