I used them to finally choose the digicam I bought, the Konica Minolta Z3. Steve's made some good points on the pluses, such as the low delay before taking the shot, the low wait time between shots and the low degree of image distortion at maximum zoom, and the minuses such as the lack of high-resolution video recording and the slow start-up time. They also pointed out things that most places wouldn't, such as the ease of replacing/recharging batteries, and what type of memory card it uses.
Comparing the different models is a breeze on there, and it helped me make my decision.
