odd museum carving

I was showing Duksu Palace to some visitors and we took a look in the museum on the grounds there. I saw this interesting carving there, took some photos as my Korean is good enough to get the gist of it, and then asked my wife for an exact translation of the title. I will try to post the photos or a link later. The carving is of a famous Korean monk riding an eagle with a Korean flag in his hand. Below him is a man (the emperor of Japan) totally prostrate before him. The title is something like:
[monk's name] on an eagle guarding Dokdo while the Japanese emperor knelt.

Not very subtle, I thought.
