Ok... I accidentally erased one of my quick launch icons... the one that clears all your browser windows and brings you back to your desktop. How do I get it back...

Check here to see if the command is still available and then just make a shortcut and drag it into quicklaunch

C:\Documents and Settings\{your user name}\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer

Failing that search the windows system directory for the command.
