It was taken care of very quickly this time. I have a feeling that Russia didn't want the Global interest in its actions. Though maybe they have learned from the past.
Or maybe just good timing for the Russians that the earthquake happened and world attention was focused elsewhere. I would like to find out more about it, though. |
