A few years ago I was looking into satellite dishes and there were a few dishes available from the Japanese market. You had to pay a pretty big premium because they're imported but they had them. The guy I talked to was in the Taegu computer market area. If I remember correctly though you needed a pretty fair sized dish. It might be worth it to take a korean friend to one of the satellite shops and see what options they have.

For those who have tried comcast or streamtvnow. How much did it cost? and how was the buffering and pic quality?
And there was a guy or two checking out setting up a satellite dish from Japan and trying to get reception of their games along the east coast of Korea (I'm off the southeast coast). Any luck? |
Comcast won't work outside the viewing area. (I tried using my brother's password.) I'll give streamtvnow a try. It costs $3 a month via PayPal. |
