Just used DVDShrink to put some of my DVD's onto my hard-drive. It worked fine but the problem is I don't know how to actually play the movie now. I have two seperate folders Audio and Video. In the video are the .VOB files but none of them are selectable. Any help in this area would be great. Also as an aside...anyone know if I can take this copy and put it onto a memory stick to play on my PSP. Thanks |

Send Gollum a PM as he probably knows the most about "DVD ripping". BTW, the terms in the quotation marks are searchable on google. |

The video and Audio TS folders are for DVD players. The Audio TS folder is usually empty but older players need it. If you burn the folders as is in a DATA disk (closed) then they will play on a dvd player. If you wanna watch it on the pc then use a dvd app. Eg. win dvd or power dvd. there are also free players , eg, VLC player. Or search your pc for "mpayer"..thats the best windows embeded player.
For the PSP ther are a number of apps that u can use to do what u want. I find Nero Recode 2 gives the best quality...and it has a psp setting. You can google "PSP video 9" allso. |
