....as I've posted before, I'm a wreck when I fly. For short trips around Asia, drinking works, but for my 17 hour haul back home this Christmas, I'd like to try xanax, valium or some such thing. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could post or pm me the info on a Seoul doctor who has prescribed meds for this reason. Also, any experience you've had with what's effective for long haul would be great.

Most docs will prescribe Valium or similar for you under these circumstances.
For the long haul, combine with Melatonin for about 10 hours sleep. |
